‘A Intensidade’ (The Intensity): a project by Lucas Lima Photography

Meet Sao Paulo born, London-based photographer Lucas Lima! I was lucky enough to be featured in his project ‘A Intensidade’ (The Intensity), which captures the “natural beauty, cultural differences, and daily life” of women around the world and the essence of each place, “producing images that convey a profound message, crossing borders, languages, ​​and cultures”.

Specializing in capturing love and passion, “each captured image represents a moment that cannot be recreated and that transports us to another dimension where words are no longer necessary”. 

Having recently discovered the profound link between sacred femininity and creative energy through Brazilian women graffiti artists and channeling that sensuality into my works, I was honored to be asked to participate in his project.

Lucas’s photos perfectly reflect my softness. When I paint, my body is in a dance with the brightly coloured spray paint dispersing onto concrete, my canvas of expression.

When Lucas held his first event as a wedding assistant at the age of 14, it was love at first sight. Since then, his photographs have reflected his greatest desire: “to tell stories of love and affection. That is what makes life more enjoyable; that is what I seek through my lens".
